Solution-Soft had a classic enterprise mismatch: category-leading services — including work for dozens of Fortune 500 companies — with a brand and site that signaled no credibility. The rebuild aimed for visual simplicity with the buzz of a busy enterprise, a CMS the team could keep updating, product + brand as one system.
I designed the system end to end under urgency. Enterprise credibility is a design-system problem — tone, photography, modules, and update velocity have to move together or the brand collapses back into “small.”
Today I'd build the site around a proof hierarchy: who trusts us, what we do for them, and the case that shows it. That hierarchy would become the sitemap, with a one-line brief per section. Relume would turn those briefs into wireframes in minutes, and the structure would get argued about with sales before anyone styles a pixel. The survivors would move to Figma as a component set.
Webflow CMS collections for service lines, industries, and case studies would render through those components, with a filterable case-study index. Marketing could publish a new Fortune 500 story without filing a design ticket, and the template keeps every story at the same standard. That's what keeps enterprise credibility from eroding with every new page.
Photography would be a real shoot of the real team, planned from a shot list written for one feeling, the energy of a busy enterprise without the stock-photo handshake, and reviewed in Frame.io against that list.
